($32 per person per month)
Plan includes:
- 2 prophylaxis cleanings
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- Annual periodic oral exam
- Annual periodontal exam
- Annual set of bitewing x-rays and periodical x-rays
- 2 fluoride treatments
- 10% off all other dental procedures
Adult (15+) $480
($40 per person per month)
Plan includes:
- 2 prophylaxis cleanings
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- Annual periodic oral exam
- Annual periodontal exam
- Annual set of bitewing x-rays and periodical x-rays
- 2 fluoride treatments
- 10% off all other dental procedures
Perio Maintenance $735
($61.25 per person per month)
Plan includes:
- 3 perio maintenance cleanings (for 4 cleanings/year, total cost is $875)
- Oral cancer screenings at each cleaning
- Annual periodic oral exam
- Annual periodontal exam
- Annual set of bitewing x-rays and periodical x-rays
- Fluoride treatments at each cleaning
- 10% off all other dental procedures
*Cost for new patients is an additional $100 to cover the initial comprehensive exam and full mouth panoramic or CBCT x-rays.
The cost is dependent on the type of cleaning needed and will be determined at your first appointment.
